The Lifting Cups 7-day Challenge - Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Cupping technique work?
It is a suction with movement that glides over the skin thanks to the smoothness of the cosmetic oil. This reverse pressure stimulates the tissues on many levels helping to cleanse, drain, stimulate and regenerate. The result is a much smoother, luminous, smooth, balanced skin, with more defined features. With a plan of frequent sessions, such as the challenge, these benefits improve even more and last over time.

Is cupping suitable for all skin types and/or conditions?
Just as it is a magnificent treatment with which we can achieve impressive results in a very short time, it is also special because not all skins tolerate it well.
The stimulation is so deep that sensitive, rosacea, couperose or very thin and delicate skin is not well tolerated. In these cases it is better to avoid it and resort to massages, guasha, dry brushing or the Aura Wand.
Obviously, if there is a serious illness, open wounds, severe circulatory problems, redness, burns, eczema or recent cosmetic interventions, we will not practice it either.
Can I do cupping if I have Botox injections, hyaluronic acid or thread insertion?
It is not indicated to perform cupping in the area of the intervention where the drug has been injected, especially if less than a month ago.
In case of thread insertions, do not manipulate if less than 6 months after the intervention.
How do I know if I'm doing it right?
There is an explanatory video so you can practice the technique and feel if you do it right. Sometimes it's hard to "get the hang of it" but once you do... I'm sure you'll love it!
Can cupping cause sagging?
On the contrary! If it is performed with cosmetic oil, at no time we are stretching the skin. It is a highly firming treatment as it stimulates oxygenation and nutrition of the tissues in a very deep way. In addition, it helps to relax facial tension, drains fluid retention and mobilizes all systems for early regeneration: The keys to smooth skin.
That is why I emphasize to instruct and explain well the operation through video tutorials to make it as safe and effective as possible.
How do I continue when the 7-day cupping challenge week is over?
You can keep the ritual you want to focus on. For example, if you are interested in working on the eye contour, keep the video tutorial from day 5 to repeat it 3 or 4 times a week.
If you want to maintain the effects of the challenge with a more global treatment, with the one on day 7.
If you liked it a lot... You can repeat it as many times as you want!
If I have the self-massage challenge, can I do it together with the cupping challenge?
Yes, and it is ideal to combine it!
In addition, it is designed and structured in the same way so that it can be easily combined.
The session will obviously be longer but the results will be as if you were coming out of a beauty salon... I recommend hands first and then cupping.
For example: day 1 of the self-massage challenge followed by day 1 of the cupping challenge.
Can I combine in the same self-care session: facial massage, The Glow Brushes, Cupping with The Lifting Cup, Guasha with The Porcelain Skin Jewel and The Aura Wand?
Of course! They are perfectly combinable and I suggest this order:
The Glow Brushes Dry + Manual Massage + The Lifting Cup + Guasha + The Aura Wand
Anyway, in your face you have the answer. I encourage you to be creative and to combine different techniques and beauty routines, always observing and feeling.
Happy Self-Massage!
